Performance Manager
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with high-level executives to develop and implement performance management strategies that align with business objectives.
- Co-develop incentive programs that boost team productivity and support performance development.
- Establish clear performance metrics and benchmarks across teams.
- Oversee performance evaluations, ensuring transparency, fairness and alignment with organizational goals, while establishing a feedback mechanism for constructive, actionable input to teams and individuals.
- Analyze team and individual performance data to identify patterns and recommend practical improvements, keeping senior executives informed and aligned.
- Work with teams at a later stage to develop plans that address skill gaps and promote professional growth, once foundational processes are in place.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in performance management, human resources, operations, or related roles.
- Proven track record of implementing performance strategies that drive results.
- Proficiency in business productivity systems.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and excellent problem-solving abilities.
